• Heading a business consultancy organization in Denmark counting +50 business advisors.
• Heading a country wide initiative in Denmark with +400 start-up companies and experienced business mentors. Aim is to help start-up companies to survive and grow.
• Heading a local group in North Zealand, where 25 mentors help 75 start-up companies and facilitate network meetings.
• Business Advisor to a number of SME type companies.
• Mentor and business coach to experienced executives across Europe starting their own consultancy business and to a number of company executives and start-up companies. +600 sessions over 4 years.
• Strategist teaming up with other consultants to facilitate strategic and sales processes in major companies.

PAST EXPERIENCE
• 12 years as CEO/MD in subsidiary companies of well known public groups in Scandinavia serving the high-tech industrial and trading B2B marked.
• 7 years as European Strategic Marketing Manager, European Application Manager and Sales Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• 8 years in R&D.
