I have just came back from Finland a month ago. Was there for 4.5 months for my internship + travelling. I have a finnish boyfriend so thats explain why I was there. Spent most of my time in Jyvaskyla, visited places like Turku, Hameenlinna, Rihimaki, Tervakoski, Oulu, Lapland, Kirkkoniemi(Northern Norway) and Stockholm(Sweden).
Like the place because of the quality of air, forests, lakes, quiet, peaceful, berries, mushrooms, cycling and etc. But the people are bit too shy and not easy to see smile in the street...lol.
Hello! I think Finnish people are not shy, but we have very different culture than in South-Europe or Asia, for example. We Finns don't usually go to talk for people that we don't know, and I have to say that I don't like it. But anyway, nice that you like Finland :)
